Membership is open to both men and women who are at least eighteen years of age, and non-voting junior members under eighteen years of age are welcome to join.

Note: Acceptance of applicants occurs at the meeting.  Applicant must attend while the application is read to the membership and the applicant is introduced.  This application will be voted upon, and the applicant will be notified at the meeting.
